The miller

My name is Marco Bigolin and today I am going to teli you the story of my life, that of a fourth-generation miller, with a future that has yet to be written.

During the middle of the 19th century the Bigolin family settled in the Venetian Pedemontana, at the feet of Mount Grappa, and opened its first mili named “Earth and Watern, in honor of this wonderful geographical area’s natural elements.

The passion for the art of milling passed down to me by my father, has developed in me a great knowledge about wheat and its final products like pasta, bread and pizza.

Our core values, Family and Traditions, Land and Technology have helped me to transform my dream in reality in 2014.

This idea stems from the desire to restare priority to the Earth by growing cereals with the ancient application of crop rotation, becau­se this naturally restores and enriches the soil without the use of chemical fertilizers.

This is exactly where our story begins. The story of our organic food production chain.
